Paul Gaugin at one
time said, "Painting is the most beautiful of all
arts. In it, all sensations are condensed; contemplating
it, everyone can create a story at the will of his
imagination and.. with a single glance...have his soul
invaded by the most profound recollections; no effort of
memory, everything is summed up in one instant. A
complete art which sums up all the others and completes
them." Gaugin was as eloquent with
speech as he was with a paint brush and painter's hat.
This is art, creativity mixed
with inspiration. Photography or fine art makes you see
the world with different eyes, inspecting everything to
reach the moment of creativity, and make you happy.
Never let someone impede on
your personal happiness. You love painting and someone
else doesn’t – who cares? You are enamored with
photographing but your friends think its boring – don’t
let it bother you. Enjoy what you do for what it is –
your own. Know that not everyone will appreciate it,
but if it personally fulfills you, that’s all that truly
matters. Be true to yourself and you’ll never regret a
day of your life.
